RES2 Technology: Oversee fleet performance through our dashboard. RES2 (Record Every Setting Every Stroke) provides the ability of all Steck SPD machines to send data to Steck's central database. It means that every single deposit the machine ever makes is (optionally) recorded in detail, and this data can be remotely accessed by users on the portal.

MMI (Modulated Metering in): Replaces traditional metering, this means only the minimum quantity of air required is used to move the cylinder piston at the desired speed. And for extra economy, the SPD is '4 Bar Ready' and will operate on any clean air supply from 4 to 10 bar without performance changes.

Variable Backstop: Actively adjusts the cylinder length to the minimum required, eliminating dead space behind the backstop and ensuring maximum efficiency and responsiveness.

Auto-Cycle Feature: Prime and empty at the touch of a button. Our engines quickly adjust to maximum operation to provide the fastest setting to aid cleaning and priming.

Air Consumption Reduction: Steck's range of pneumatic depositors currently represent the best in class for energy consumption, the intelligent control of the SPC Engine Control Module delivers a further 12% reduction.

Tool-Free Changeovers: Designed for quick, hygienic product changeovers with minimal downtime-perfect for high-mix production environments.

Hygienic Design: Built to meet the highest food safety standards with easy-to-clean, stainless-steel construction and wash-down capability. Electronic internals are neatly packaged into one IP69 HMI unit, and one IP69 potted unit integrated directly into the engine, connected together by a single m12 cable. Our reimagined, organically designed depositor stand minimises surface area for standing water and dirt to hold to. Not forgetting Steck's legendary fully enclosed engine case.
